Hello, I’m Anthony Petrecca, founder of Primo’s Pizzeria. My journey with Italian cooking didn’t begin in a professional kitchen, but at home, surrounded by family, where meals were never rushed and every dish meant something.
Growing up in a close-knit community, I saw firsthand how food could connect people across generations and create lasting relationships. That belief stayed with me as I spent years learning the craft, understanding the importance of consistency, quality ingredients, and the small details that truly make a difference.
